Mr Alon Hazay is the Chief Executive Officer of Genero Cyber Security.
As CEO, Mr Hazay provides leadership in establishing, implementing and overseeing the organization's mission, goals, policies and core guiding principles.
He directs all strategic, operational and financial aspects of Genero.
Mr Hazay brings over 14 years of IT and Security experience gained from the “Israel Security Agency” and the private sector. Fields of expertise include Network security, Cloud computing security, Smartphones security and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security.
Hedva Hazay
Founder and Owner
Mrs. Hedva Hazay, a 30 years veteran in the field of reliability checks, is the Founder of Genero Cyber Security.
Former CEO of "Midot", where she was in charge of developing and supporting the Israeli market, as well as managing Midot's integrity interview, background and reference checks, polygraph examinations, and overall management consulting services for Midot Global. Prior to joining Midot, Mrs. Hazay served at the “Israel Security Agency”, where she held various managerial positions, including Head of the National Division of Reliability Assessments and Trust Control. Mrs. Hazay lectures frequently on the topics of integrity interviewing techniques, corporate reliability assessment and more, at security seminars and conferences.
